Return & Exchange Policy – RUHRITI

At RUHRITI, every kurti is crafted with care and checked thoroughly before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Return

A return will be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is damaged, broken, or defective , size or color at the time of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory

    • The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened

    • The shipping label must be clearly visible

  • The product must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With all original tags and labels intact

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Request Timeline

  • You must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product

  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for return

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Product shows signs of use, wear, washing, or damage after delivery

  • Missing tags or labels

  • Minor color variation due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Return Process

  1. Share the unboxing video and images of the damaged product with our support team

  2. Once verified and approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the return process

  3. After quality inspection, you will receive:

    • A replacement, or

    • Store credit, or

    • Refund (as per RUHRITI’s discretion)

Important Note

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received

  • RUHRITI reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions
